💚 Mental Health Matters – For Everyone! 💚At Prestwick St Cuthbert Archery Club, we’re supporting SAMH in reminding everyone that looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. The Five Ways to Better Wellbeing are simple things we can all do every day:💗 CONNECT – Spend time with friends, family and others.🧡 BE ACTIVE – Get moving and enjoy being active.💗 TAKE NOTICE – Be present and appreciate the little things.🧡 LEARN – Try something new and build your confidence.💗 GIVE – Help others and make a difference.🏹 Whether it’s enjoying archery, learning a new skill, making friends or simply having a chat, small steps can make a big difference to our wellbeing.Remember, mental health matters to everyone. A little kindness, a friendly conversation or a sense of belonging can mean more than you realise. 💚#SAMH #MentalHealthMatters #FiveWaysToWellbeing #ArcheryForAll #CommunityMatters #PrestwickStCuthbertArcheryClubSAMH Active Ayr SAC @samhscotland @Scottish Archery @Merlin Archery Scotland South Ayrshire Active Schools
